Is this the official Turkmenistan government website?
No. Turkmenistan eVisa is an independent application assistance website. You can apply directly through the State Migration Service official e-Visa portal. Only the relevant authorities can issue a visa.
What happens after I submit the form?
Your assistance request is saved with an application reference. We review your details and documents, contact you if information is missing, and confirm any further steps and applicable fees before payment.
Which documents should I prepare?
Prepare a readable passport biodata page, a recent portrait photograph, travel dates, accommodation information and working contact details. Your purpose of travel may require an invitation, event letter or other supporting evidence.
Does selecting my nationality confirm that I am eligible?
No. The nationality selector collects passport information for review. Eligibility depends on your passport, travel purpose, supporting documents and current government requirements.
How long will my application take?
Timing depends on the application category, document completeness and the authorities handling the request. Allow time for review and additional information. An urgent review request does not guarantee a visa decision by a particular date.
How much does the service cost?
Any applicable service and government fees must be confirmed before payment. Submitting an assistance request does not authorise a charge. The amount and currency shown at checkout should be reviewed before you pay.
Can I apply for another traveller or a child?
Yes, if you are authorised to provide their information. Each traveller needs a separate set of details and documents. You can add another traveller after submitting the first request.
How do I track my application?
Open Track application and enter your reference and the email address supplied with your request. This tracks your assistance request on this website; government application status is handled separately by the official portal.
Can I change my details after submission?
You can edit an unpaid request through your application session or after verifying your reference and email. If processing is already underway, contact support before making changes.
Does payment guarantee visa approval?
No. Payment covers only the services and fees confirmed to you. The visa decision and permission to enter Turkmenistan remain with the relevant authorities.
