Third-party decisions
Government review, visa issuance, transport and admission decisions are outside this website’s control. Processing estimates are not guaranteed completion dates.

Contact support with your reference to request a change or cancellation. The available remedy depends on work already performed, payments made and any applicable legal rights. Read the refund policy before paying.
