Understand the charge
Service fees and government charges must be identified before payment. The preparation form does not itself charge a fee.
Requesting a cancellation
Contact support promptly with your application reference and payment receipt if you wish to cancel. Do not include confidential payment card details.
Reviewing a refund request
A refund request is reviewed according to the service agreed, the work already performed, any government or third-party charges and applicable consumer rights. Any specific cancellation terms must be explained before you authorise payment.
Government fees
Government charges are controlled by the collecting authority. A visa refusal does not automatically reverse work already completed or a government charge.
Duplicate or unconfirmed transactions
If you believe you have paid twice or were charged without confirmation, contact support with the reference and transaction identifiers so the records can be checked.
