Your passport biodata page
Capture the entire data page, including its edges and machine-readable lines. Avoid glare, fingers covering text, shadows and blurred characters. Your passport number and dates must be readable without guessing.
A separate portrait photograph
Use a recent, clear image of the applicant facing the camera. A photograph copied from the passport page is not the same as a separate portrait. Follow the exact photo specifications shown by the official portal when submitting to the authorities.
Travel and accommodation details
Have the intended arrival and departure dates and an address or accommodation plan ready. Check the local date of arrival where your itinerary crosses time zones. A visa request should match the journey you actually intend to make.
Evidence for your travel purpose
An invitation, event document, host organisation letter or programme details may be relevant for certain categories. Keep names, dates and organiser details consistent with the application. The official category instructions determine which evidence is required.
Uploading documents to this website
The assistance form accepts JPG, PNG and, for applicable document fields, PDF files up to 8 MB. These are this website’s upload limits. Documents are stored outside the public website directory and are accessible through authorised application sessions.
Review the Turkmenistan eVisa requirements checklist before you prepare your request.
