Review the fee breakdown
An independent assistance service fee and a government visa fee are different charges. Before paying, check which items are included, who collects each amount, the currency, and the applicable cancellation terms.
No charge at the request stage
Submitting the preparation form on this website does not itself authorise a payment. Where a fee has not yet been confirmed, the request remains available for review and there is no payment to make on that screen.
Use the confirmed payment route
Only continue when the amount and service are clear to you. Keep a receipt and the application reference. Never send card numbers, security codes or banking passwords in a contact message.
If a payment is interrupted
Check your bank record and application status before trying repeatedly. If you see a charge without confirmation, contact support with the reference and transaction details while excluding confidential card information.
Approval is a separate decision
A paid service does not guarantee a visa or entry. Read the terms and refund policy and check any government fee rules directly with the collecting authority.
